Short abstracts up to 200 words are invited by

March 15, 2006.

All communications must be in English and bear the names of all authors, their affiliation and full mailing addresses. Detailed instructions on the preparation of the complete paper will be soon available on the conference web page:

Notification of acceptance will be given by

March 31, 2006.

Extended two-page abstracts (gray scale) will be published as proceedings. Full-length papers (color also) will be published on CD-ROM, which together with proceedings will be available to all registered participants at the time of the conference. The Scientific Committee will recommend the best papers for inclusion in the forthcoming issues of some scientific professional journals. Papers not longer than 8 pages (including figures, summary and references) and also two-page extended abstracts (including figures, references, etc.) for proceedings should be submitted no later than

May 31, 2006.

The registration fee for the Congress including Proceedings (bound version of two-page extended abstracts and CD-ROM of full-length paper, not for accompanying person), welcome drink, gala dinner, refreshments during conference and social events is for all participants EUR 220 while for the members of CSM and PhD students the registration fee is EUR 165. By paying before August 1, 2006 registration fee is EUR 200 (150).

For accompanying person registration fee is EUR 50.
